 project management service catering for small and medium size construction ventures,

 offering structured processes for both private and commercial projects, while keeping control

Management

Colm Barry has 25 years experience in the construction industry and has learnt from every role

 he has played in this industry since he started out as a carpenter, up to the role of foreman,

 on to the role of Site Agent and the steady progression into the area of site and project

 management. Colm has a Certified Project Management Diploma with the International Project

 Management Association (IPMA) and most of his career to date has included communicating,

 influencing and managing  people in one form or another, all of which are very important traits

 of Project Management.

 Colm has created a structured project management process that contains the cost and time

 involved in managing projects, and will use this knowhow and experience to sell and deliver

 services.
